Jean Charles Mériaux
Investment Management Director Client Manager - institutions and investment funds HEC Graduate. After six years with Oddo & Cie (1988-1994), he joined LCF Rothschild Asset Management, becoming a member of the executive board and manager in charge of French and European equity management. He joined DNCA Finance as a partner on 1 October 2002.

Grégoire Scheiff
Client Manager - Institutions and investment funds Has a graduate degree (DESS) in management. A former institutional manager with Oddo & Cie, then member of the executive board of Oddo Asset Management (1989-2002); and manager responsible for equity investments. He joined DNCA Finance as a director-partner on 2 January 2003.

Isaac Chebar
Fund Manager OPCVM Europe, chemical engineer and graduate of the Polytechnic school of the University of Sao Paolo in Brazil, Isaac began his career at the Société Générale by managing emerging market funds and funds invested in the south of Europe. At Tocqueville Finance, he created and managed Tocqueville Value Europe of 2000 to 2002. He then joined Aviva credit manager in charge of European management where he managed several mandates.

Xavier Delaye
Client Manager – private clients and investment funds, manager in charge of scalable investing. Graduate of the SFAF (French society of financial analysts). After starting his career at Schelcher Prince, he joined Oddo et Cie (1986-1996) as institutional manager before going to Richelieu Finance, where he became investment management director. He is one of the founders of DNCA Finance.

Igor de Maack
Graduate of HEC Paris School of Management, with a DESS (five-year degree) in Taxation, Member of SFAF (French Society of Financial Analysts). Having begun his career in Project Financing at BNP Paribas Australia and IXIS CIB, he moved to IXIS Securities as a European infrastructures sector analyst. After three years, he joined the Lazard-IXIS team to execute transactions on the primary market. He came to DNCA Finance on 2 May 2007, and currently manages the following funds: LIFE and Centifolia.

Philippe Champigneulle
Bond manager.
Actuary with a degree from the University of Lyons (ISFA).
After starting his career at CDC, he joined Schelcher Prince Finance in 1984, occupying various bond manager positions before heading trading activities on European derivatives and bond markets, and then becoming associate director and risk controller in 2001.

Cyril Freu
Cyril Freu is a graduate of the French financial analysts' association (Société Française des Analystes Financiers), has a post-graduate degree from Sciences-Po Paris (Paris's Political And Social Science Institute) and a master's degree from Paris-Dauphine University. He began his career as a broking house financial analyst from 1998 to 2005, first at CPR Finance and then at IXIS Securities. He was elected best financial analyst across all sectors in 2005 (Extel Focus France, AGEFI). In 2006, he was transferred to the proprietary management team at IXIS CIB – which later became Natixis – and managed a diversified portfolio working on fundamental valuation strategies. Cyril Freu joined the management team of DNCA Finance in September 2009.

Mathieu Picard
Mathieu Picard has a post-graduate degree from Sciences-Po Paris (Paris's Political And Social Science Institute) and a master's degree from Paris-Dauphine University. He was a broking house financial analyst from 2002 to 2006 with IXIS Securities. From June 2006 to July 2009, Mathieu was financial analyst at the proprietary management team of IXIS CIB, which later became NATIXIS. He joined the DNCA Finance management team in September 2009.

Rajesh Varma
Portfolio Manager – graduate of The University of Michigan (BSE - 1986, MBA – 1988). He began his career at Fidelity in Hong Kong as an analyst for the Asian markets. In 1993, he created a Asian hedge fund at KI Pacific AM, Inc., based in London. In 1997, he moved to San Francisco to join Montgomery AM where he worked as a fund manager responsible for several global sectors. At the end of 2000, he moved to Paris, where he worked for two years at Eurazeo. From December 2002 until June 2009, he managed global funds at Carmignac Gestion, focusing on new technology, health and renewable energies. He took part in selecting Asian stocks for the whole range of funds. He joined the management team of DNCA Finance in October 2010.

Damien Charlet
Damien Charlet is a graduate of Rouen Business School (ESC Rouen) and a member of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF). He started his career as a financial analyst working for 6 years on a listed and non-listed securities portfolio, initially for CDR (a bad bank of Crédit Lyonnais), and then on the trading floor. In 2002, he joins a multi-family office where he takes the helm of equity investments. In 2006, he joins SGAM in order to manage balanced funds and total return funds. He joined the DNCA Finance management team in October 2010.

Boris Bourdet
Boris BOURDET is a CFA charterholder and a graduate from Rouen Business School and Sciences-Po Aix. He worked as a financial auditor within the cabinet Ernst & Young from 2003 to 2005, before occupying the function of financial analyst in the broking house IXIS, which later became Natixis, from 2005 to 2011. His sectoral follow-up as a financial analyst was rewarded by a n°1 place in 2007 and 2008 by the Grands Prix for Agefi-Extel Focus France. He joined the team of DNCA Finance in June 2011.

Rémy Gicquel

Augustin Picquendar
Augustin Picquendar graduated from ESSCA Angers and he has a Master 2 Finance Bank. He received his first and second level of CIIA SFAF in 2011. After a first experience at BNP Paribas, he joined DNCA Finance in January 2008 as an assistant manager before becoming co-manager of DNCA Evolutif and DNCA Evolutif PEA.
